The personal touch from everyone, from the owner to the waiters, made us feel right at home at Hotel Prielbauer. The whole team was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. We especially liked the delicious local products served during our stay. A charming place with a great atmosphere, and we'll definitely return!

Breakfast was a highlight, with an amazing selection and fresh ingredients. Landhotel Prielbauer is a family business, and it showed in the little details and the excellent service we received. Its location is great for both Salzburg and the lakes. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back soon!

Great rooms and hotel, in a really nice area.

8/10
The staff were very kind, and I liked the terrace view and the quiet natural setting. The food is average hotel fare, though the on-site a-la carte restaurant is above average. There were a few small glitches: hairbreadths on the bed, noisy ventilation in the bathroom, and noise from the neighbourhoods. The old fridge made a lot of noise in the room, and the credit card terminal needs an upgrade because it can't handle new chip based secure cards. It's an average 3 star hotel, but we did like it in the end.

The location and service are amazing. The rooms are good, though I have the impression that some have been renovated and some haven't, including mine. The spa area and restaurant are fine.
