The kitchen smelled awful, as if something had died in there a month earlier. We’d booked with breakfast two months ahead, but the owner only told us when we arrived that it was a mistake and asked us to give it up.

We feel right at home and always enjoy coming back. The older couple who run the place take good care of their guests. There’s plenty of fresh bread, homemade jam, cold cuts, cheese, and eggs, and the rooms have been beautifully renovated. 😃

The decor looked like it was from the 70s-80s, and the kitchen smelled really bad. Breakfast was offered, but there was none.

I felt at home with such an attentive, lovely hostess. Best wishes from Anton in Frankfurt.

Really nice, though it takes a little getting used to. It feels like stepping back into the 70s.
