The food was good, though Bad Mittendorf had more variety, and the staff are still lovely. We had a great weekend, helped along by fantastic weather and the Hochkönig Tourist card. This was our fourth stay with Aldiana, and our first time at Hochkönig was 13 years ago. The place hasn’t really changed since then. The fitness and workout rooms are great, but the pool area needs a makeover, and the rooms, while nice, feel dated and don’t block out much noise from the bar. The hotel itself really needs renovating. For the price, though, it’s hard to complain.

The Flosse Club children’s program was the highlight for us. It’s such a relief for parents to know the little ones are in good hands while you’re out skiing or enjoying a wellness day. We also loved the hotel staff and how close the ski area is. Just check whether you’re booking a room in the Alt or Neubau.

I stopped by the bar, and the waiter brought me water when I was thirsty. Thanks, and best regards.
