The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, and everything was quick and clean.

The rooms at Haus Julia are very good. But the owner and her daughter seemed completely overwhelmed by even a small guest request. At breakfast we asked for a double espresso instead of filter coffee, and the scene that followed was unbelievable. How dare we ask for that? It was our last time there. 😟

The toilet was only in the hallway, though we knew that beforehand and it was always clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the rooms, while small, were nice, modern, and clean.

The food takes ages, and the pizzas come out undercooked. They also can’t make more than six pizzas at a time.
