I’m extremely disappointed by how the hotel dealt with my situation. I booked through Booking.com on non-refundable terms, but illness forced me to cancel 4-5 days before arrival. I offered to provide an official medical certificate. I wasn’t asking for a full refund, just a reasonable, humane compromise. The hotel showed no flexibility or empathy. They only said they had costs to pay Booking.com, so a refund would not be considered under any circumstances. That rigid, money-focused attitude says a lot about the hotel’s values, in my experience. Other accommodations have been far more understanding in similar situations. Based on this, I can’t recommend the hotel, especially if illness or another unexpected situation comes up.

The rooms were nice, and the staff were kind and always willing to help when asked. But during the 10 days we stayed for summer camp, nobody changed the sheets or towels or cleaned the room. They only emptied the bin and replaced the toilet paper. The food had little variety, and some dishes were served raw. Only two or three things actually tasted good.

The hotel is easy to get to, and the rooms were clean and nice. The only food issue I can point to is the rice, which I always found really plain, whether I was here with my teacher and classmates or previously with my mom. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the food or the rooms. One thing about the place in general: my bestie broke her arm here. It is a nice hotel! 👍

The rooms were really nice and clean. There wasn’t enough food, though, and the service was poor.

I was very disappointed to be charged for the water they left in the room. I never expected that, since most hotels leave water in the room.
