The hosts were so kind, and the location right by the ski lifts made getting out on the slopes easy. We were surprised by how much there was for kids of different ages, from playrooms for little ones to spaces for older children, plus a great pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Our family room was spacious, and most rooms and the breakfast area look out over the valley. There are four or five other hotels nearby too.

Maximilian was really helpful and arranged a ski instructor for us. Having the rental shop right below the hotel was handy, and the lift is only about 50 metres away. The room and bathroom were clean, and breakfast was great. Dinner could have been better, but we had a good stay.
2/10
I can't recommend this place for the money. The food was below average, nowhere near what I'd expect from a hotel, and the Pizza Take Away Shop down the road serves better food. The service was appalling for a four-star hotel.
4/10
It worked well for a family stay, and the service and facilities were good. But at checkout, an unexplained charge was added to the bill, and that was enough to spoil the good parts.
10/10
The food and wellness were both great, and the rooms were beautiful. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. Thanks for making us feel so welcome ❤️
