We had a lovely stay at Pittlanderhof in Mutters, surrounded by the countryside. The property is beautiful, with a particularly lovely view over the Alps and Nordkette. The owners also have a beautiful farm.

We were given welcome and guest cards when we arrived, which let us use public transport for free. On the tram, you just need to carry the card, with no scanning required. The STB goes straight to Innsbruck city centre. Coming back to Mutters, we usually had to change trains to get onto the STB, but it was easy enough. Our stay at Pittlanderhof was wonderful. We had one apartment on the first floor and another on the second. They’re pleasant, typically Tyrolean apartments, with separate rooms and a practical layout that still feels spacious and cosy. After a day in the mountains or the city, they were just right. If you can’t find the owner before checking in, try the flower shop downstairs, where she’s often working. The location was good, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

Clean, tidy, and beautiful, with lovely views and close to everything. The owner was very friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. If you want an apartment near Innsbruck, I recommend this place.

There’s a lovely bakery diagonally across from the house, and a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. The apartments are nice and the complex is clean. The hostess is friendly and always reachable if you have questions. The ski bus leaves almost from the door, and Innsbruck is easy to reach by train.
