We've eaten here several times during our ski holiday and have had great service and really good food. My picks are the apple strudel with vanilla sauce, pizza, beef tartare, and the Tiroler grostl, though they call it something different here.

We stopped for lunch and really enjoyed the food. Next time, maybe we'll try one of the pizzas, they looked very good.

Mornings were a treat: we could be first on the 80km of slopes around Nauders. In the evenings the hotel was peaceful, and the excellent food and service made up for the Après Ski we missed. We stayed for a week's skiing at this ski-in, ski-out hotel. Check-in was a bit complicated because arrival is only possible by ski, but the hotel was helpful and friendly about arranging bag delivery. The staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Everything was organized just right, from the small but adequate sauna to the large, cozy bedroom.

Great food, friendly service, and huge servings. We ate and drank here seven times in two weeks, and haven't been disappointed once. The food quality is really good. Even when I asked the waiters to bring me a shot of their choice, they gave me exactly what I didn't know I wanted. 10/10, would recommend.
