Suites By Mein Almhof

The SPA facilities were well maintained and the food was delicious. We had a fantastic experience, with friendly, professional service. Highly recommend!

I booked a winter holiday through the hotel website under a FREE CANCELLATION policy and paid a 30% deposit to hold the reservation. This week, I got an email saying there had been an insolvency. The hotel blamed the administration and said the insolvency administrator was the only contact. I couldn’t get my money back, and nobody offered an alternative. What’s absurd is that the hotel is still operating under another name with the same website, so people may trust it again and risk losing money they paid under what seemed like the safest terms, with FREE CANCELLATION. Before that email arrived, I’d called several times because a colleague wanted to join the trip but couldn’t book. Each time, I was told they were closing briefly to change the administration. They never told me what had really happened until the email came. I’m telling people wherever I can how dishonest this whole process felt so nobody else loses money to this hotel.

We went as a group and had a great time. The service was top notch and everyone was friendly. The spa was well worth a visit, and the ski rental shop was amazing. The woman there was very patient, helped us with everything, and made sure it all fitted properly. Also, a shout out to Lucas at the restaurant for being incredibly patient with us. Definitely recommend this place.

Right in the heart of Nauders, it’s easy to get around town and reach the skiing or hiking trails. The spa was the highlight for me, with several saunas, a place to relax, and an indoor pool for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The skypool on the 5th floor is a must too. It has a peaceful, romantic feel that suits couples, with cozy rooms and high-end spa treatments. A lovely blend of mountain adventures and relaxation in the Austrian Alps.
