The rooms could use some renovation, though the beds are comfortable and the view is really nice. The owner is extremely nice and will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was generous and good. We recommend it.

The rooms are high quality, the breakfast is great, and everyone is extremely friendly. I’d recommend it, though it’s a 30-minute drive from the major ski areas.

I got there at 12:30 a.m., even though I’d booked the room at 8 p.m., and the family was still waiting for me without a complaint. They were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and lovely, the price was great, and breakfast was good for what it cost.

The stop at Rosental is just a two-minute walk away, and Krimml Waterfalls is about ten minutes away. It’s a quiet spot beside the river, with a good restaurant nearby. The rooms are comfortable, the owner is lovely, and the nightly price is really cheap with breakfast included. Awesome!
