What stood out most was how genuinely attentive and considerate the staff were. They answered questions and requests promptly and seemed truly willing to help, while treating everyone professionally and warmly. From the first interaction, we felt welcome and understood. It was clear they cared about each guest's well-being. A very authentic, courteous kind of hospitality, with people ready to listen.
