Dinner finished with local grilled river fish, with crisp skin and moist meat. It was perfect to share among the four of us, and the waitress deboned it skillfully at our table. We also had a lovely Chardonnay with the meal, and the attentive service was great throughout. Earlier, we tried mini crayfish, which look like little lobsters and are probably best eaten with your hands. The prawns were simply steamed with herbs, and I couldn't stop eating the delicious meat. I drank two or three cups of the refreshing, slightly sour herbed soup. The mussels in white wine and coconut cream were outstanding, and we kept dipping bread into the broth. Everything was so delicious. The restaurant overlooks the lake and mountains, which made the meal especially enjoyable. It mainly serves seafood, and I was blown away by the quality of the dishes.

The food was great, extremely fresh and well baked. Service was fantastic too.

The location right beside the lake is amazing, and this was probably the best fish I've ever had.

I love the lake beside the restaurant, and the food is what I like even more. If you're into fish or snails, this place is worth the drive from Vienna. They've really mastered preparing fish. The only drawback is the price, though it's definitely worth it every once in a while.
