Hotel Luger was a wonderful stop on our Danube Cycle path trip. It's right on the route with lovely Danube views, and the setting is peaceful and quiet. The room felt homely, was very comfortable and clean, and the welcome was warm and efficient. We're vegetarian and enjoyed the dishes we ordered at the excellent restaurant, though I believe fish is their specialty. The kaiserschmarrn was to die for, our food to remember from Austria. I'd love to return one day.

We were cycling along the Danube and enjoyed this scenic, clean, comfortable hotel by the river, with a nice restaurant. There's not much else to do nearby besides enjoy the nature.

The newly furnished rooms made for a great stay right beside the Danube. Mr. Ernst Luger personally takes care of things, and he's a wonderful person. The fish selection was especially good, and the food was super tasty. Great hospitality!

The hotel has been completely renovated and sits just a few metres from the Danube. Its fish soup was one of the best I've ever tasted, and the restaurant uses local farm produce for everything from salad and potatoes to different kinds of fish. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. You can hear only the gentle river nearby, which is perfect for unwinding. There are many natural places to visit within 30 km, and the hotel also has a Sauna Spa. After my first 13-day stay, my stress was gone within a few days. The staff have that typical Austrian hospitality, they're kind, nice, professional, and helpful. I recommend Luger Hotel. There are 100 km of routes over hills and along the river for biking, and a small boat port for stopping on your trip. If you don't have a bike, the hotel can arrange one. Aleksandar
