The kids had a blast, especially on the climbing walls, and the water slides were amazing. The pool was nice, though a little small when the hotel was full, and the kids’ pool was quite dirty during our stay, so we didn’t use it. They also loved the complimentary horse riding lesson. We stayed five nights in August 2025 and had a great time overall. The room was very spacious, but felt older than other areas. The adults-only area was lovely and well maintained. It stayed open until 21:30 one evening, which let one of us relax there after the kids fell asleep. I wish it had stayed open that late more often. The staff were kind, welcoming and always ready to help, and the food was very good. Stubaital has lots for families to do, and the Summer Card made it easy and enjoyable to visit many attractions. Thanks for a wonderful stay and lovely family memories.

We were a family of four with kids aged 1 and 6, and had a great stay. Our large room slept 6 and had two bathrooms, which made us very comfortable. The children’s facilities were good both in the room and around the hotel, and the staff were so friendly, you could tell they really loved kids. We even used the childcare a couple of times, which we hadn’t expected to do. Everything was clean and well cared for, and the service was excellent. We usually ski in Italy and weren’t sure what to expect from Austrian food, but the chefs did a very good job, especially during the busiest week of the year. I’d recommend this hotel for kids of any age.

We had an amazing time. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. There’s plenty for kids, including a kids club, soft play, playground, slides and a swimming pool, all in great condition. The hotel is also well placed for tourist attractions and mountain lifts, with good facilities for both adults and children. Thank you!

The hotel itself is nice, but flies were all over the restaurant and buffet, and nobody seemed concerned. I understand it’s the season, with the cows back in town for winter, but that level of hygiene is unacceptable.

Mr Kindl helped us in every way we could think of, and the staff were wonderfully helpful throughout. This is easily the best hotel I’ve ever visited. If I could stay at the same hotel every year, this would be the one. Thank you for everything!
