Harmls Aparthotel

We were pleasantly surprised by Austria, and the hotel's friendly staff played a big part. They were proactive in helping during our stay and shared recommendations. The hotel is nicely arranged, with a lovely place to sit out front for a drink while the kids play. The views are stunning, and our room had everything we needed apart from air conditioning. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. One thing to improve: we visited in mid-August and encountered lots of wasps. If anything can be done about that, the stay would be even better.

Families are especially well looked after here, with everything thought through for children. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so kind and attentive. Harmls Hotel is a real gem, and the service was amazing. Highly recommended.

After a day on the skis, the saunas and relaxation room were a great place to unwind. We were back for a second ski-season stay, and both visits went smoothly. The hotel is very close to the slope, which made things easy for our group. Our apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary accessories in both bathrooms. The ski room's shoe dryers were a big plus, too. The reception staff were helpful and sorted out every problem. I highly recommend it for groups of adults and families with children.

Thanks to the team, our vacation was perfect. At Harmls Aparthotel Flachau, everything worked well, from the location and rooms to the excellent service. They were ready to help with anything we needed, including information and reservations. You deserve all the compliments.
