The neighbors were all really nice, which was the one bright spot. The apartments themselves are run-down and moldy, and some damp seems to be coming from the first floor. The ceilings are so thin you can hear everything, so getting any rest was impossible. A property management company kept threatening us with lawyers and similar things if we didn't do what they wanted. Be careful what you sign, or you could get an unpleasant surprise at the end. Save yourself the hassle. They charge around 1100 for an apartment advertised as 60m² that is actually only 52.5m². I don't think it's worth the money. Best regards, Günther Schnell
