The location was beautiful and fun, and the staff were friendly and cordial. We enjoyed the optional five-course dinner on the first night, though the next one wasn’t as good. They charged us for a bottle of water at dinner even after telling us it came from the tap. I don’t quite understand that, but it seems to happen throughout Austria.

All the staff provided excellent service, and a special thanks to our waiter Cosmin. The hotel is directly across from the bus stop for Stubai Glacier, about 15 mins away, and for the other glacier valley towns and Innsbruck. We’d stay again without hesitation.

We loved the spacious rooms, peaceful and beautiful setting, and great food. There’s even an afternoon buffet that’s enough for lunch. The Stubai card is included, which makes it great value. The hotel has been in the same family for centuries!

The activities organized by the hotel are all in German, so they’re hard to follow if you don’t speak it. Aside from that, we had such a nice, relaxing holiday using the pool and spa. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean and nice, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was really tasty.

Incredible stay! Margarena(?) was so helpful and nice. Her English was perfect and she made us feel welcome. The sauna was one of the highlights!
