We especially enjoyed the quiet setting, the Alpine views, and the relaxation area, with its heated outdoor pool facing the Alps and Finnish, steam, and infrared saunas. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony. The food was very good: a varied breakfast buffet, then dinner with a salad buffet and a served menu using regional ingredients, followed by dessert. The hotel feels more like a small four-star place than classic three-star accommodation. It sits in a higher price category, but offers comfort, peace, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Hotel Erika made us feel welcome, almost like we were staying with family. The staff were consistently hospitable and friendly, and they went out of their way to make the stay special. The chef prepared impressive recipes every day, and the food was very good, healthy, and sophisticated. Sauna, steam bath, and pool were spotless and high quality, everything we needed to relax. Hotel Erika is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

We were won over by the clean, well-organized wellness area, especially the sauna and pool, and the food was excellent throughout. There was a great mix of dishes, from traditional flavors to healthier choices, and each meal was deliciously prepared. The staff and owners were always smiling, helpful, accommodating, and friendly, making us feel at home and giving the whole stay a family feel. There’s plenty of hiking in the area, with a good bus line and no need to drive far. The atmosphere was really relaxing, and we had an amazing holiday. We haven't experienced hospitality this warm and high-class before. The food was delicious every evening, the staff really friendly, and both the rooms and wellness area were lovely.
