There was a lot of character to this place, it didn’t feel formulaic. The food was fresh, tasty, varied and plentiful, and everything was very clean and well run. Staff were cheerful and efficient. Bottled water and the shuttle bus were priced very fairly, too. It’s a great base for skiing in winter or hiking in summer, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone after a quality hotel in the Stubai Valley. They really know how to look after people. Thanks for a memorable stay.

The outdoor pool was a real highlight for the kids, who loved swimming in the fresh air. We also enjoyed the massages and herb farm workshops, and the weekly programme gave us plenty to do when we weren’t in the mountains. There’s a lot included for the price, and the food and drinks were delicious, generous and high quality. The kids could have unlimited ice cream in the evenings. Everything felt carefully arranged for guests: families with small children were seated near the food station, and the team sent reminders and information ahead of time. The facilities were spotless, comfortable and high quality. We loved our room and slept very well. The owners were often around, and the staff showed real care and hospitality. There were many returning guests, some of whom have been visiting for years, and people were generally friendly. Many thanks to the team for working so hard to make our stay feel flawless. We’d highly recommend the hotel and are likely to come back.

A perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The building sits beside a beautiful river, and there’s a natural lake as well as the hotel’s own pool and saunas. I loved how attentive the staff were to guests. Choosing our meals worked in a different way, but it was really cool, and being able to pick your own pillow was a lovely touch.

The spa offers treatments and courses, and they also frequently arrange weekend and evening outings about local food and nature. We loved our stay at this family-run place, with its qualified, friendly staff. The kitchen was great, from the breakfast buffet to the four-course dinners.
