The staff were always smiling, and their kind response really moved me. It’s a privately run hotel, but everything felt very organized. Breakfast and dinner are included, which made meals easy, and the food was really great. When there was an order mistake, the staff kindly brought out the right food. The front desk also made it easy to get a corona test, and hand sanitizer and other hygiene measures were satisfactory. The room was cozy and spacious, with a new modern bathroom, closet, safe, table, and chairs, and there were no inconveniences. The heated pool and relaxing sauna were lovely, and we were happy with the restaurant and bar too. The bus stop is a two to three minute walk away, as are a beautiful lake and promenade, plus a children’s playground. Serlesbahnen Mieders is ten minutes away by car. Best hotel. Strongly recommend.

The spa on the bottom level was a wonderfully relaxing place, and the food was delicious. Our accommodation was comfortable, with amazing views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buses to several ski areas stop directly in front of the hotel or very nearby, so the location is great. Highly recommended!

We spent a week at Hotel Burgstall and loved it. The hotel sits between the mountains, and our third floor room had a beautiful view. It mixes modern and traditional decor in that typical Tyrolean style, just as the website says. Michael and his father Paolo, along with the other staff, were kind and helpful. We loved chatting with the owners, who were cheerful and made us feel at home. We had half board and enjoyed a different traditional Tyrolean dish each evening. Getting there from Innsbruck airport by taxi or bus was quick, and Schlick 2000 was a convenient 10 minute bus ride for our daily skiing. The sauna and wellbeing area were a lovely way to warm up and relax after a day out. We especially love the Tyrolean spa that smells like hay.
