Ferienwohnung Haus Zyka

The hostess was so friendly, and the location was really handy. We spent 10 days here in July 2025, and the apartment was clean and had everything provided. From day five, we were moved to a slightly bigger apartment because it was free, and there was no extra charge. If I come back to Stubaital, I’d stay here again.

The apartment was warm and clean, and we woke up to snowy mountain views. Candles were lit inside and out, tucked into every corner, and smelled lovely. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, including salt and coffee, and the Wi-Fi worked without any trouble. The ski room was heated and roomy enough. It’s right by a gas station, shop, ski bus, and restaurant, yet the apartment and garden stayed wonderfully quiet. The owner was easy and pleasant to communicate with, patient, and waiting at the door with our keys before we’d even parked. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We come back to this place every year and are always happy with it. The apartments are clean and nicely furnished, and the location is excellent, with private parking and the ski bus stop right outside. Shops and restaurants are close by too. The hosts are so kind and friendly. Thanks for letting us spend our holidays here. 🫶

Coming back from the slopes in the evening to find a candle lit was such a nice touch. The apartment was clean and tidy, and everyone was very welcoming. We’d definitely visit again.
