The apartment is lovely and the setting is beautiful. In the evenings, you can enjoy watching the deer. A few things to know: farm and family life mean it can be noisy in the mornings and evenings. Bring your own pillow, and ask for longer bed linen if you're over 1.70 meters tall. If you're unsure about the tap water, check it or buy bottled water.

A small, cozy apartment with everything you need. It's in a really peaceful spot, close to the ski bus stop and among the nearest places to stay for the Stubaier Gletsher. Communication was great too. 👍

The location is a big plus, with easy access to the ski bus and all the areas. But the stay felt functional rather than cared for. We let them know in advance when we'd arrive and still found a note on the door. Since the owners aren't there, they don't seem to deal with problems involving other guests or quiet hours. Contact is only through WhatsApp, with no in-person interaction. The room was sparse, the bedding too short, the faucet dripped, and some dishes had chipped edges, among other things.

I've stayed in the Pfurtscheller family's vacation rentals for more than 10 years, and for us they've always been five stars across the board. Josi keeps an eye on things and makes sure guests are looked after. The apartments are regularly renovated and improved, and if something is wrong or breaks, it's fixed right away. I don't know what the last guests expected from a good rental, and the owners can't be blamed if other guests are noisy.

The rooms are clean and well kept, with lovely mountain scenery and the sound of streams nearby. It's a great base for skiing, walking, running, or cycling.
