The warm baby pool was a big hit with our little one, and the food was delicious and very high quality. This was our second stay, and this is still our favorite hotel in Austria. In the spa area, there are always drinks, nuts, and fruit available, which is a lovely touch. We also enjoyed the guided hikes with Markus. We stayed in the Cosy Corner room with our 5.5-month-old baby, and it worked extremely well for traveling with an infant. There was lots of storage, and the counter with the sink was especially handy for setting up our bottle sterilizer and warmer. The hotel also kindly provided a baby cot, changing mat, and diaper bin, which made things much easier. A special thank you to the waiters and cleaning ladies for their hard work and kindness!

The valley and glacier views from our balcony were beautiful, and the location was perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. We just got home from a wonderful week as a family of four, and we'll definitely be back.

The spa had loads to enjoy, including a pool with amazing mountain views and herbal, wet, and dry saunas. They even had food and bio tea beside the saunas. The food was delicious, with lots of cuisines to choose from, so there was something for everyone. We arrived to a welcome champagne, and the rooms were new, fresh, well equipped, and had a great modern design. The hotel offered a lift to and from the ski resort every day, and they also picked us up at the train station and offered to take us back. When we accidentally threw our clothes into the bin by the sink, the hotel returned them to us the next day. We were shocked by how nice they were. After we left, we realized we'd forgotten a swimsuit, and the hotel wrote back to say they could send it to us. What a wonderful family running this business, and what a lovely stay. We've come back for multiple years in a row!

The food was excellent, and the owners and staff were especially friendly and capable, which made the stay memorable. We loved unwinding in the spa and the heated outdoor infinity pool, even in winter. Our room was modern and beautifully furnished, and its rain shower was a dream. Vitalhotel Edelweiß would be a great choice in winter or any other season. I can’t wait to return.
