The rooms are really clean and new, and the staff are kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Service is good. Breakfast has a pretty big selection, and I love that you can make fresh juices. Lunch changes every day and I absolutely love it. Dinner is fabulous too, including the way they serve each dish. For a skier, the hotel's location is fantastic, near a slope that's also open for night skiing. The view from my room was breathtaking.

The ski-in, ski-out setup is great, with a pristine boot room right by the slopes. The beds were comfortable, the spa fantastic, and the food good. Everything was very clean, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. I even got a free upgrade. Thumbs up!

You can head straight from the ski room onto the slope, which is a real plus. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the wellness area lovely, and the food very good. Staff were consistently friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything. My only suggestion is closer supervision in the wellness area, since some guests don't follow the rules.

The wellness facilities were five-star, with infinity pools, a jacuzzi, relaxation rooms, an infrared therapy room, and a salt room. Food was high class too. I stayed in the five-star part, where the room had a huge bathroom and was really good. Service was excellent: when I arrived late in the afternoon, they welcomed me by name, took my car key and luggage to the room, then delivered my skis and boots to the ski box by the track that came with the room. A great place to ski in luxury. The location is amazing.

The food was a real highlight, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Great hotel, with ski-in, ski-out access. I'll definitely visit again.
