We spent our honeymoon here and had an amazing time. The cozy unit had everything we needed for a relaxing retreat, in a peaceful setting close to the major attractions. The owner was friendly and thoughtful, and all the procedures went smoothly with or without any human interaction. 10/10, would stay again.

We slept so well here, with no light or noise pollution outside. The apartment is beautiful, the view is incredible, and the hosts are great. It’s close to the 5 fingers and Hallstatt, with local restaurants nearby and lovely walks along the river. Absolutely amazing, highly recommend.

I’ve visited lots of countries and places, but this was the most wonderful experience for us. It felt like an art gallery, with the owner’s artistic eye showing in every corner. What a lovely blessing. 🥰

Judith and Trevor were wonderful hosts, and their home and apartments felt like a real home from home. We came back after nine years and found the stay just as lovely as before. Obertraun is peaceful, with Hallstatt only a few minutes away by car. We swam in the lake, got tips for visiting other lakes, explored local caves, and took a boat trip. We also found a gorgeous restaurant thanks to their advice, somewhere we wouldn't have discovered on our own. The area is stunning, and we'd love to return. Many thanks.

We spent two nights here and really liked it. The room looked gorgeous, the place itself is beautiful, and the owner was very friendly. I think he likes Ozzy Osborne 😎. We can only recommend it.
