Pacher

The family who runs this hotel and the whole staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Everything was spotless, parking on site was convenient, and we loved unwinding in the sauna after skiing and taking in the mountain view from our window. The owners clearly care about their guests and work hard to create a warm atmosphere. We stayed in winter to visit several nearby ski resorts, and the location was ideal for that. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return to the area and stay here again.

The peaceful garden-facing rooms made it easy to relax, and the hotel itself is in a lovely old building right in the center of Obervellach, with beautiful scenery around it. Our room was clean, cozy, and well cared for. You can feel the long family history in the warm welcome, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent and high quality, and parking right at the hotel was convenient. Thanks for such a pleasant visit and warm hospitality. We’d gladly come back.

We’ve stayed at Landhotel Pacher twice now, and this time we spent three nights. The double room was cozy, tidy, and really comfortable. We booked half board, and every dinner was delicious. The staff are so kind ♥️. We’ll definitely be back!

We felt very welcome as cyclists, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. The rooms have a lovely rustic feel, with an old fashioned style throughout and a beautiful garden outside. A great place to stop on the Alpe Adria or another cycling trip. Highly recommended.
