Gästehaus Fitsch

The host family are very friendly and always have good suggestions for trips and restaurants. In the evening there’s a small menu plus a daily special that changes. The living room stays open all day for relaxing or playing games, and there’s a small fridge and a self-service coffee machine.

The hosts were kind and friendly, and the rooms were nicely furnished. It’s a wonderful guesthouse in a beautiful setting with fantastic mountain views. We’ll definitely return!

On our second visit in a short time, we were welcomed with wonderful hospitality. The rooms were excellent, breakfast was plentiful every day, and the home-style, rustic dinner was a real treat. We highly recommend a farm holiday. Many thanks to Stefan and family.

We’ve been visiting beautiful Obsteig for years. Our previous hostel closed because it was getting old, so we needed another place to stay. We chose Fitsch Guesthouse, partly because it was ideally a farm again. ;-) We spent about a week there in mid to late May and felt completely at home. Stefan was a welcoming host and was wonderfully accommodating with our special requests. He was also very knowledgeable about my gluten-free diet, which I need because of celiac disease. :-) The sauna was very nice, and everything was tastefully decorated, clean, and well maintained. We’ll definitely be back!
