The rooms are clean and really cosy, and the host is lovely, welcoming, and happy to help, even with unusual requests. We’ve been coming once or twice a year for years now, and plan to keep it up.

You arrive as a guest and leave feeling like part of the family. We’ve stayed at this friendly place many times, and it’s great value for money. I’d recommend it for bigger groups on summer holidays too. Hope to be back soon in Ötz!

That bed was so comfortable.

The apartment itself was nice, but the problems with the hostess left us very unhappy. We made some mistakes during booking and compensated for them, but then she threatened to charge €50 for using the kitchen, even though we had left it clean and tidy. She also said she would send an invoice for extra compensation charges. That didn’t feel right at all, and it really bothered us.

We’d happily come back. The location was peaceful, the room was bright and clean, and breakfast was generous. The hostess was very friendly, and there are restaurants within walking distance.
