There are plenty of lovely places to visit nearby, and the area itself is quiet. The family who runs the hotel is friendly and makes you feel that your needs matter. Our room was a good size, housekeeping came daily, and there was enough parking for guests. Breakfast had a good selection.

They canceled our reservation only a couple of days before our stay, even though we had booked months earlier. They said the room had been double-booked. By then, rates had doubled and it was hard to find another place. The phone conversation was highly unprofessional, and they offered no compensation. Our vacation was ruined.

The beds were really comfortable, everything was clean, and breakfast had a wide range of food. The staff were very nice, and the customer service was genuinely very good. 👌
