A very clean place in a great location. We stayed four nights.

This place doesn’t match its description. It feels like a worn-out family shack from the 1990s, and they charge extra for everything. The rooms and balconies are very tired. Breakfast was poor, and when the food ran out before breakfast ended, they didn’t bring more, even though the table was empty. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone. The staff aren’t at the hotel and don’t answer the phone. The showers didn’t work properly, checkout took more than half an hour, and there was no English.

We were charged 70 euros for using the fridge in our hotel room. I’d never heard of a fridge costing extra like that. We got the beds as agreed, but at checkout the “hotel” demanded 70 euros as a “kitchen payment”. That charge wasn’t mentioned anywhere. The shower didn’t work, and although we tried to get someone to fix it, no one came. Luckily, our friends’ hotel shower came to the rescue. We drove 42 km in total because of the shower. Checkout took an hour and made us late. The sauna couldn’t be used. The hotel listed German and English as its languages, but nobody spoke a single word of English. Never again. Don’t waste your days being scammed in an old, outdated shack.

We liked the room, but checking out took half an hour. We were trying to leave early to ski on the fresh snow, so the delay made for a really bad experience.
