The breakfast box could use more variety to match the resort’s high standards, with fresh fruit, bakery options, healthier choices, and plant-based milk alternatives. Still, we had a great experience. The resort was relaxing, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool and a great atmosphere. Ivan, the Resort Manager, deserves a special thank you for his professionalism and hospitality. He made us feel welcome throughout. The location was excellent too, with lots of enjoyable activities and attractions nearby. We’d happily return.

After days in the mountains, the pool and sauna were a fantastic way to unwind, and both were beautifully maintained. We stayed in a family suite at All Suits Resort Ötz, and the whole place felt peaceful, new, fresh, and family-friendly. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and so nicely designed that we felt at home straight away. The location is great. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Ötz area. We’ll be back!

The spa was a mixed experience. It depends a lot on the other guests: children were often running around unsupervised in the textile sauna and pool area, which are close together. From inside, there’s no way to open the pool’s sliding glass door, so children bang on it until someone outside lets them out. The upper floors of the spa building are for adults only. We visited in mid February, when it was cold and snowy on some days. There’s a heated outdoor pool, kept just warm enough not to feel too chilly, as well as a separate, unheated natural pool. It was a nice place to relax after skiing when we could get it to ourselves. Robes and towels for the spa and pool are provided in the rooms. I’ll include photos of the lower level pool and spa. We couldn’t eat at the on-site restaurant. We tried to book, but there was no availability. When I asked in person about Valentine’s Day, one staff member actually laughed out loud. I knew a reservation was unlikely, but his reaction felt rude. Another evening we tried to order takeaway pizza, as advertised in the elevator, but for some reason they couldn’t accommodate us. We skipped the resort’s breakfast delivery because of negative feedback in recent reviews. There’s a shop right next door where we got food and other things, though it’s closed Sundays and closes early Saturdays. We had lunch at the ski resort and walked into town for dinner. We picked this hotel for its proximity to Hochoetz ski resort, which was a reasonable walk with our skis, and for an apartment with a separate sleeping area for our son. Town is close too, with food, shops, and ski rental within a 10 minute walk. It was expensive, about 500€ a night, but it met our needs at short notice during peak season. We didn’t have any other issues worth complaining about, and we’re not especially fussy. The apartment was clean and as expected, the kitchen was fully equipped and in good condition. We only used the kettle and tried to make popcorn in the oven/microwave, but couldn’t get it to cook properly. The fridge had complimentary water and white wine, and there was tea. The rooms were comfortable enough. There were two bathrooms, one en-suite and another by the kitchen with a bath tub. The en-suite had a huge, amazing shower, and our room had a balcony. I hadn’t noticed there was no TV in the bedrooms. There was one in the living room, which wasn’t a big deal, though I like falling asleep to TV. There’s no cleaning service during the stay, and guests take their rubbish to the garage trash room and sort it when they leave. We travelled with a large vehicle and found the garage roomy enough. Covered parking was appreciated, especially since the town had almost 20 cm of snow when we left, I believe. The ski storage room was in the garage, which was handy. Although the resort has several buildings, I believe you can reach the main and spa buildings through the garage or underground hallways, so you don’t have to go outside in bad weather. I had some concerns from recent reviews, but I think some people expect a full-service hotel, and this isn’t one. The front desk staff were always friendly.

We had a lovely stay with the family, and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and Antonija was unbelievably friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely visit again.

There were three of us staying for a week in an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment, pool, and sauna met our expectations, and I’d be willing to recommend the place if the issue we ran into is taken seriously. We had a ridiculous experience with reception. On the fourth day, we ran out of toilet paper. At the start there had been one roll in the bathroom and one kitchen towel roll. By the last day we noticed there was another kitchen towel roll on the cleaning shelf. I went to reception for more toilet paper, kitchen towels, and a hair dryer. The woman was polite and wrote it down, then a man interrupted and told me I needed to buy toilet paper at the supermarket because this was an apartment, not a hotel. He said I should have read the house rules. Since it was a public holiday and the supermarket was closed, he gave me one roll. He also said they only provide one hair dryer per apartment. I found the whole thing ridiculous and told my family. A family member went back to check if it was really true, and the man showed her how many rolls he had, saying there were 10 guests coming. It’s a pity that such a great place offers this kind of service. They need customer service professionals, not toilet paper management. They provide a reasonable amount of coffee powder, but run short on toilet paper? If a guest asks for more toilet paper, don’t send them to a supermarket because your stock is too precious. I’d also suggest one hair dryer per bathroom. One reason we booked was to have some privacy, and I didn’t expect to keep borrowing a hair dryer from another family member. If these things can’t be provided, please make that clear on the website. Put the important information in the emails you send guests, instead of blaming them for not reading lengthy house rules. People are on vacation, not at work.
