The hosts looked after us throughout, from booking and arrival through our stay and departure. They were the best hosts I’ve met. The apartments are new, bright, and fully equipped, with everything we needed and a little extra. The view was breathtaking, even when it was smoky :) We spent most of our time visiting Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, both about a half-hour drive away. Hochoetz is just a few minutes away by bus, with a lovely valley view that made it a great choice for rest days.

Waking up to the mountain view was wonderful. The place is newly built, and the kitchen has all you need to cook. After skiing, we loved relaxing on the comfy couch and watching Netflix ❤️ The lovely owners gave us lots of tips on improving our technique and where to go and what to do. I really want to come back!

The owners were amazing, and both are ski and snowboard instructors who know Tyrol inside out. The place is brand new, spotless, and easy to find. I’ll have to come back in summer!

The owners were already looking after us before we arrived, and once we were there they were easy to reach and quick to accommodate our requests. We stayed in the "Sunrise" apartment in December 2025, a good fit for four people, and it matched its description. Everything was clean and in excellent condition, with enough in the way of furnishings for self-catering. The dishes and appliances all worked well. The sauna was in a small, simple room, but it was good quality and could be adjusted to suit us.
