The location is sensational, with shops and beautiful nature close by. The cabin is superbly equipped and has everything we needed. Communication was excellent, and we always felt looked after. We were even happy to invite the owner for a beer :) Thanks so much, we'd love to come back!

The sauna was definitely the highlight, and getting to Hochötz is easy since the ski bus stops 100 meters from the house. Chalet Pienz is a cozy base for a winter sports holiday, with a kitchen that has everything you need. The entrance has space for skis and snowboards, plus storage for bags and a drying area for boots and gloves. Thoughtful little touches include motion detectors in the bathroom and a night light, so nobody leaves the light on by accident.

Covid meant we couldn't take our ski holiday this year, but the refund was handled smoothly, which isn't always how it goes. I highly recommend them and hope to see you again soon...
