We had the whole ground floor for two families, and that arrangement worked really well. Nice apartment, with a terrace that gets morning and afternoon sun. We were welcomed warmly 😃.

The hostess is so welcoming that you feel at home right away. We’ve stayed here several times and always love coming back. The view of the Karwendel mountains is breathtaking, and the apartment is very clean, superbly equipped, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. A truly perfect vacation apartment. Highly recommended!

I rarely sleep as well as I did here. The beds are heavenly, and waking up to the mountain view is incredibly beautiful. The apartment is quiet, clean, well maintained, and has everything you need. You can feel the owner’s care and dedication throughout. It’s also close to the mountain station, with access to hikes up to the alpine pastures or down to the lake. A lovely place for families with children, dogs, or couples wanting a peaceful, relaxing stay. We’d love to come back.
