Pension Pertisauerhof

The staff were polite and friendly, and the food was very good and nicely presented. Unfortunately, our stay at the Pertisau Farm was deeply disappointing. It felt dirty, neglected, and far too expensive. Our room had very old furniture and was only superficially cleaned. We found dirty bed linen with visible makeup marks, filthy curtains with large stains, torn towels, and used slippers from the previous guest under the bed. The nightstand was full of plastic waste, the sink barely drained, and hot water took a long time to arrive. There was little to no lighting in the room entrance, and no lighting at the emergency exits. At night, we were disturbed by loud moaning and laughter. Access also felt unsafe, since anyone could come and go from the Pertisauerhof, even at night, with the doors left open. The Pertisauerhof guests were given visibly second-rate bath towels. In the relaxation room, people kept reserving loungers and seats all day despite the rule against it, and staff did not enforce the rule even after we told them. The hotel manager spoke down to us. We only stayed at the farm because the hotel was fully booked. We felt as if we were merely being tolerated at Hotel Kristall and should feel lucky to use its wellness area. Calling the Pertisauerhof simpler and cheaper does not justify €75 per person. This was no setting for a relaxing, pampering weekend, just very disappointing and sad.
