The staff were so kind and went out of their way to help with all our requests, and we had quite a few. The guesthouse is peaceful, with a wonderful view of Hochwerfen Castle. It’s about a 30-minute drive to Flachau, and the village center is walkable, though the walk back is pretty steep. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the beds felt great after skiing. Breakfast was tasty and had what we needed to start the day. There’s no lunch or dinner at the guesthouse, but ordering delivery from restaurants in the village was easy and convenient after a long day on the slopes. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and would happily return.

The indoor bike parking was one of the best I’ve seen, with outlets beside the racks for e-bikes. The host was gracious, and the rooms were clean and modern. It’s worth reserving a balcony room facing the castle, which was a very reasonable 10 euros extra. Breakfast was included and much like what you find at other hotels in the region, but the quality was better, especially the eggs cooked fresh to order in several styles.

The rooms listed as small really are small, so for a longer visit I’d choose one of the larger ones. The hotel is lovely, very clean and neat, and the views are out of this world. Breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was fantastic, and I especially recommend the scrambled eggs. Our spotless room had everything we needed, and the views are truly awe inspiring, hard to believe until you see them. We had a wonderful stay at Berghotel Garni Burgblick and would gladly recommend it to friends and family.

For the price, this place felt unreal. The rooms were clean and came with tea, a smart TV, and even candies. A nice older man welcomed us, showed us around, and explained everything. We were very happy.
