You’ll need a car to stay here. It’s in a very quiet spot, though, which makes it great if you want to rest and be close to nature. The rooms are simple, clean, and neat, and there’s farmland nearby where you can spend time around the farm animals.

The owner is very friendly, and the basic breakfast was fresh. Our double room worked well for our family of three, and it was clean and quiet, so we felt comfortable there. I’d suggest coming by car if you want to visit Füssen. A taxi is an option, but it’s expensive. We tried the taxi company the hotel recommended for the trip to Füssen, and the service was bad, so I’d recommend driving yourself.

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the view was good. But the room only has very basic things. I would have preferred mugs to plastic cups, for example. Even at night in summer it was warm, and the heavy comforter wasn’t needed. A lighter one would have been better. For the room rate, it wasn’t worth it.

It was such a cozy, comfortable place, and the service was great. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Austria.
