The balcony room gave us a gorgeous mountain view, and the ski lift was only 20 meters away. My family has just come back from the hotel, and I’m grateful to the owner and staff. It’s a cozy place with renovated interiors, clean bright rooms, and fresh, tasty food. I especially liked the wide breakfast selection. Vanja was very friendly and always ready to help with questions. There were all sorts of sledges at the hotel, free to use, and the kids loved them. We’ll definitely be back next season!

We’ll miss the views and are sure to return. The resort is conveniently set up, and the ski lift is very close. My children and I were happy with the service, food, and accommodation during our winter 2023 stay. The rooms were arranged comfortably, and there was wi-fi, lounge space, a lobby bar, and more. It was one of our best holiday and hotel experiences, and I’d happily recommend it for a family trip.

We booked for €130 a night with half board, partly because of last year’s good reviews, but the previous tenant seems to have left. The building is a little dated, though the renovation is nice. The breakfast was inadequate, and the evening meal quality was especially poor and no longer acceptable at that price. The sauna also costs extra. A friendly gentleman handled the service, but he spoke very little German, which made things difficult. He was our only contact. It’s a shame, because the location is unique and convenient, almost right beside the ski lift. For us, the stay wasn’t worth the money.

My son and I stayed here over semester break, and the fantastic mattresses were praised by several other guests too. It’s a manageable hotel with friendly guests, and the little bar makes it easy to chat with people. Basti, the owner, was great at refilling things when something occasionally ran out, usually with a funny remark. The food suited us well: my son loved it, I was full, and breakfast had everything we wanted, including fruit. The evening buffet, with salad and side dishes, was very good and plenty. The ski area was excellent, and the equipment room was warm enough to keep everything dry. PlannerIn is 60 meters from the lift, and the lifts all meet there, so kids can use them on their own without getting lost. There’s also a toboggan run and slides nearby. Especially good for children. I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves one. Highly recommended!
