Mark was one of the kindest people I've ever met. He kept going out of his way to make sure we had a great time, and the kids I was traveling with liked him so much that they hugged him and invited him to our home country. The rooms at the ferienhof were exquisite and cleaned every day, and the whole town of Gerlos was just a short walk away. It felt like being part of a family. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, an absolutely unforgettable experience, and I'll definitely stay at the Farienhof again on my next trip to Austria!

There was loads of space in our well-equipped apartment, and the relax area was nice. Breakfast was really good, and the staff's service was fantastic. It felt very family-friendly for both kids and dog. A really nice hotel, and we'd love to come back.

We were staying here while working at a nearby construction site. The apartment was huge, with three rooms and two beds in each, plus a kitchen and a big living room for the six of us. The receptionist was nice, spoke English, and the service was excellent, so we didn't need German. The countryside was amazing. I'd definitely come back for a holiday.

The apartment was warm, cosy, and in great shape, and we felt at home right away. The staff were warm and helpful too. It's a great family-owned apartment hotel, and we'll definitely consider coming back.

Be careful about posting a review of this hotel, as the owners will take you to court over it. Shame on them. Look the place up online and you should find plenty of details about how they got a gag order against a guest over a statement that was true!
