The Danube is right beside the house, with a lovely cycling path along it. The views were magnificent in the evening and just as fabulous in the morning. We stayed in a beautifully decorated old family home, with spacious, spotless rooms and a delicious breakfast. There’s plenty of parking out front and a secure spot for bikes in the garden. The owner was so kind and helpful, and speaks fluent English. A great place to stay overnight.

We were the only guests, presumably because of COVID, so breakfast felt a little sparse. Still, this is a cozy guesthouse with a very friendly landlady, and it’s well suited to people cycling along the Danube. Our room was spacious and looked onto the garden, which kept the main road noise to a minimum. There was no Wi-Fi reception in the room.

Restaurants are an easy walk from the guesthouse, and the Danube was just down the road. We had a wonderful family stay: the hostess was super friendly, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds.

Thanks so much for the warm atmosphere and lovely accommodation. The hostess is very kind and has been a wonderful friend to my husband and our dog. We highly recommend this guesthouse if you’re looking for a family feeling.
