Having room to rest and make meals before and after the Ironman made this a great place to stay for the race. It’s peaceful, the apartment is spacious, clean, and calm, and the hosts were warm, helpful, and flexible throughout. The spot is tucked away from busy Klagenfurt but still close by, so it worked really well as a base for exploring the Wörthersee. I’d happily recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, quiet stay near the lake.
I only visited friends who stay at Seeappartements Eden in Pörtschach am Wörthersee, but I can see why they keep coming back. I’m from the area, and even so, the lakeside setting felt special, with its private jetty, green surroundings, and unusual quiet. The rooms are cared for and decorated with a lot of attention, and they have a comfortable, homely feel. The owner’s warm Carinthian hospitality made the place feel welcoming straight away. I’d gladly recommend it for a getaway on Lake Wörthersee. 🌞🌿🚤

I stayed at See Apartments Eden for four days in April and had a lovely time. The rooms are beautiful, and the lake view is breathtaking. I’d definitely recommend spending a holiday there.
The owner was quick and easy to communicate with. It’s a lovely old villa by the lake, with bright, welcoming rooms and a big lawn right at the water’s edge.*
