We felt very welcome and comfortable here. Breakfast had a nice variety, with fresh fruit, juices, and different kinds of bread. The Geinberg and Füssing thermal baths are close by, too. The farm has been lovingly renovated by the owners. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and well equipped, with mosquito nets on the balcony doors. There’s a charming courtyard with trees and a small playground, plus horses, donkeys, and a cat. In the neighboring building, there’s a large hall for seminars or celebrations, along with a well-equipped bar and technical equipment.

Breakfast was very good, and the location is quiet, right on the edge of town. The bathrooms are excellent, and the rooms are tastefully furnished with a luxurious feel. It’s a beautifully restored and adapted farmhouse. Highly recommended!

The owner makes you feel at home right away and is incredibly welcoming. This is a lovely little bed and breakfast, with modern rooms and a great bathroom.

We were warmly welcomed by a wonderful family, whether traveling alone, as a couple, or with family. The lovingly renovated four-sided courtyard is sustainable and spotlessly clean. It’s a lovely place to unwind, relax, and enjoy nature.

The service was very friendly, and breakfast was great. The rooms are spacious and furnished with real attention to detail, and the place is quiet. A wonderful stay, whether you’re on a business trip or a farm holiday with the family.
