Waldblick Landhaus B&B

The owner was the nicest I've met on this trip. The house feels furnished with care, and both the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. It's peaceful outside, with hardly any traffic on the road, and there's a safe spot for a car or motorbike. The location worked perfectly for me. I'll definitely come back!

Tez and Nic made our Christmas stay at the Waldblick Landhaus so easy, and even cooked a full 5* Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. They speak English and German fluently and were happy to help with translation. The locals generally don't speak much English, but their hospitality more than makes up for it, and Google Translate or some German would be handy for getting around. The owners know the area really well. They pointed us toward the activities we wanted, sometimes coming along to show us how to do them, the Austrian way, and also helped us find places to eat. The food at the B&B and nearby was delicious and very filling. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and most rooms have an en-suite. It's a beautiful base for skiing, sledging, hiking, rock climbing, or just taking a stroll around Lower Austria.
