The apples and Kaiserschmarrn for dessert were unforgettable. We originally booked different restaurants for the various days of our stay in Schladming, but after eating at das Geringer, we came back here for every meal for the rest of the trip. The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. Definitely worth a visit, and we'll be back next time we're in Schladming :)

We only visited the restaurant, and the food was excellent and high quality. The service was very kind and attentive, and the spaces were spotless. There was disinfectant in the restrooms and a large, comfortable room for changing diapers. Highly recommended.

We stopped at Mandling again on 19.07.2025 and tried the Cordon Bleu this time. Last visit, we had the Wilderer Pfandl. The food is always presented beautifully and tastes really good 😋 We also like the daily drinks, today’s was cherry and banana. Since it’s hot, we’ll definitely try the ice cream with pumpkin oil (Kürbiskernöl). Highly recommend!

The service and friendly atmosphere made for a lovely evening, and Daniel gave us a perfect last night of our holiday. We shared Cordon Bleu, venison, and a black pudding dish, and all three were delicious. The traditional puddings were fantastic too. Highly recommend this place.
