The house is part of a small group of buildings, with a fairly large youth hostel nearby. The owners live next door. That setup was fine, and there was plenty of parking on site. We stayed in the second-floor apartment, including the extra bedroom. It was spacious, clean and well stocked, with three TVs. Since it’s on the top floor, the windows are fairly small and the living area doesn’t get much daylight. The kitchen has big windows and plenty of light, and its door opens onto a south-facing balcony that gets lots of sun. The house is about halfway between Altenmarkt im Pongau and Radstadt. Radstadt’s ski lifts are a few minutes away by car. You can walk to either town, though it takes about 30 minutes.

We had a lovely family stay in the ground-floor apartment. It’s in a quiet farm setting, just a few minutes’ drive from the town centre and shops.

The hosts were great, and the apartment was spacious and beautiful in a quiet location. By car, Altenmarkt and the alpine pastures are quick to reach. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks for the wonderful days here! I don’t have apartment photos, but I can show some of the surrounding area. Everything is just 20-40 minutes away. What a beautiful region!
