What makes this hotel special is the family who runs it. They’re warm and dedicated, and make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. They put in a lot of effort to make sure guests leave happy. There’s plenty to do, from table tennis, foosball, badminton, mountain biking, and fishing to visiting the animal farm, where the animals are clearly well cared for. Kids also have an indoor playroom. In summer, the outdoor heated pool is a treat, and the wellness area with several kinds of saunas is great any time of year. The dinners are delicious and beautifully presented. If a child doesn’t find anything they like on the menu, the kitchen will happily make something just for them. The rooms are simple and comfortable, with what you need and a breathtaking mountain view. The whole place is spotless, including the common areas, thanks to a hardworking housekeeping team. It exceeded our expectations in every way. A lovely place to relax, have fun, and make lasting memories.

I came with a friend for a ski break and didn’t expect it to be this good. Our room was more like an apartment, the service was lovely, and the food was delicious. Half board was a great choice since we had to drive, as there’s nothing else close by. The small spa is included too, and it stayed quiet even though the place is kid-friendly 😜

Set in a quiet area, the place has a cozy, homely feel. We found it very comfortable, with excellent service, a great restaurant, and a spa area. A good spot to rest and unwind. Well done, hosts! 👍🏼

This hotel felt as if it were made with love. It gave us one of the best vacations we’ve had in many years of traveling around Europe. The staff were welcoming and brought so much joy and passion to making guests feel at home. It’s great for kids and has good facilities. We stayed for six nights as a family, and especially loved the tasty, varied homemade breakfasts and dinners. The region has plenty of attractions, but our favorite part was coming back in the evening to dinner, the view, and the lovely surroundings. There’s a beautiful spa, lots of cute little corners and decorations, and easy, scenic hiking trails that start right at the hotel. The dining balcony is open to a gorgeous view. We’ll come back with a bigger group.
