The beds smelled a little sweaty, so I couldn't tell if they had been freshly made. And the landlady, the grandma, would just come in whenever she wanted to collect her cleaning fee. I can't condone that, though to each their own. Anyone who's fine with living next to a main road where a big truck from the lumber mill goes by every two minutes might feel differently.
