The house itself is beautiful, with two large, spacious apartments, a terrace downstairs and a balcony upstairs. The kitchen is quite well equipped, and the rooms have wonderful views. The garden could be better maintained, though it's lovely anyway, and relaxing on the terrace was great. Cleanliness could also be better in a few places. The sauna in the basement is only open in winter, but the games room was a great experience for the children. We booked through a travel agency and unfortunately dealt with a lot of inconvenience because the administration made repeated mistakes. The house is owned by a German couple, and an Austrian gentleman welcomes the guests.

Warning, do not book this accommodation. It seemed fine until we arrived at Landhaus Amadeus, but we couldn't reach the owners by phone and never got the keys, even after waiting a long time. We had to book another place. We booked through Booking.com and got confirmation emails from Belvilla with our details, which made it seem they were handling the booking rather than the owners of Landhaus Amadeus. When we arrived, nobody was there. We contacted both Belvilla and Booking.com, but neither could reach the owners. Months later, we're still waiting for our money. I want to warn others against making the same mistake.

We had both apartments for a week in this lovely house. After skiing, the sauna in the basement was a great place to relax, and the carport was invaluable in winter. It didn't spoil our holiday, but a few things need attention: the dishwasher, shutters, pots and one window could use servicing, and some mattresses may need replacing. Everything works, just not perfectly. Nothing unusual for a house like this.
