Our car had a covered parking spot, so there was no need to scrape snow or ice off it in the morning. The apartment was cosy and very clean, with lovely mountain views and a view of Ski Resort Radstadt. The owner was welcoming and helpful, and nice restaurants were within walking distance. We’d recommend staying at Apartment Krismer.

The sunny balcony had a lovely view, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. It made a good base for skiing around the central SkiAmade area, including Flachau, Wagrain, Zauchensee, and Reiteralm. Radstadt’s center is charming, with a few good restaurants for evenings out or coffee and apple strudel. The owner was friendly and helpful, and even took away our sorted rubbish bags, which was much appreciated during a holiday. We really enjoyed our stay at apartment Krismer and may well return. A couple of things could be better: an extra change of towels would be great, and a heated ski room would help. The owner kindly offered his garage for our skis, but it wasn’t heated, so the skis and boards were frozen in the morning. We ended up leaving them in the ski box instead.

The Krismer family were very pleasant to deal with, and booking emails were quick and clear. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. Just bear in mind it only gets sun until 3 PM. There’s plenty to do nearby, from hiking to mountain biking and road cycling. A few more photos on the website might help people picture the house beforehand. It was better than we expected.
