Coolnest

What stood out most was how friendly the whole Coolnest team was and how clearly they wanted to help us enjoy our stay. Thank you! We also loved the epic view from our room and the restaurant, and the room was spacious and pleasant to spend time in. Breakfast was tasty, as was dinner at the restaurant. One small thought: with the world seeming to get hotter, it might be time to install air conditioning in the rooms.

This was my second time at Colnest Hotel, now with my wife and daughter, and the experience was wonderful. The renovations have added a sense of luxury and comfort throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had very comfortable beds. The hotel was relaxing and welcoming, and the pool was clean, warm, and great for a refreshing swim. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile and attentive to details. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and service was excellent. Breakfast was perfect for starting the day, a balanced spread with plenty of choice and food of outstanding quality and taste. Colnest Hotel has become our favorite destination, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. 👏🌟

The breakfast table and our room were even decorated for my husband’s birthday. Our room was perfect, with a beautiful mountain view, and even the bath products smelled amazing. The pool and the food at breakfast and snack time were standouts, with so many choices. From the staff and room to the hotel’s amenities and activities, everything made for an outstanding experience. It began with their Instagram and email replies. Service was friendly and flawless, with great attention to detail without being over the top. If I could give 6 stars, I would. We’ll definitely return.

On our return visit, three years after coming in September, it was lovely to see the Coolnest in winter. We think it’s even better now, though we couldn’t have imagined that was possible. Our Corner Nest was stylish, comfortable, and immaculately clean, with spectacular mountain views to wake up to each morning. Staff were so friendly and attentive, always trying to make the stay as good as possible. Reception was especially helpful, the bar staff and drinks were fab, and the barman could make whatever you wished. We had a great time with activity guides Nili and Pia. The included activities were fantastic, including tobogganing, a waterfall hike, a snowshoe hike, and ice bathing. Breakfast had everything you could want, with something new each day. We loved the fresh, delicious afternoon snack, which was really a full meal. Tweets restaurant upstairs was incredible, and we ate at the hotel all five nights, something we never do. The pool was a real highlight, the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to, and there was pool and table tennis plus lots of fun games. You never want to leave! Thanks for making it so memorable, we hope to visit again.
